Use Method 1 (cold compress) :

 

1, Open the lid, put in a small amount of water and then put the ice cubes in.

* The volume of ice accounts for 1/2 to 2/3 of the ice pack capacity.

2. In order to prevent water from leaking out, cover the lid tightly.

* Note that the lid is not easily sealed when tilted.

3, put the ice pack on the cold compress site, can be fixed with bandages or special protective gear.

* To prevent the ice pack from getting too cold, use towels and underwear as padding.

* In order to prevent the corners of the ice cube from breaking the bag, you can wash the corners of the ice cube with water before using.

 

Use method 2 (warm compress) :

1. Open the lid and fill 50 ~ 55℃ warm water with 2/3 degree.

2. Close the lid and separate the warm compress area with a towel or underwear.

3. It is more convenient to fill water with a water heater with temperature regulation function.

 

Note on use:

* Water temperature should not exceed 58℃

* Be careful not to burn yourself when filling water

* Do not use the microwave

* Do not use in the same part for a long time, easy to cause low temperature burns.
